Fitness Schedule

Since its very beginning, Heath Village has placed an emphasis on staying fit. We encourage all of our residents to find time to exercise or simply "move" each day. Towards that end, we offer a variety of options to stay active.

For those interested in following their own work-out regimen, we have a fully equipped fitness center for residents. If you are interested in exercising but prefer a more structured, group setting, we offer the following instructor-led group exercise classes:

Monday at 9:30 a.m.
• Fitness Over Fifty

Tuesday at 9:30 a.m.
• Yoga

Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
• Zumba Gold

Thursday at 9:30/10:00 a.m.
• Functional Balance Class – 9:30 a.m.
• Pilates in the Chair – 10:00 a.m.

Friday at 9:30 a.m.
• Fitness Over Fifty

Saturday Morning (Weather Permitting)
• A resident-led Walking Group meets Saturday mornings, weather permitting, throughout the year. With more than 3 miles of trails along its campus, Heath Village offers plenty of different paths from which to choose.

In addition, during the nice weather, Heath Village has several fun outdoor amenities/activities for our residents including:

• Covered Bocce Court
• Swimming (heated, outdoor pool)
• Gardening
• 3 hole pitch-n-putt golf course
• Tennis Court
• Horseshoes
• Outdoor Shuffleboard

No matter the weather, residents can also move more by enjoying the following indoor activities indoors:
• Ping Pong
• Billiards
• Indoor Shuffleboard Table
