Family Day
“My parents moved into The Orchard fourteen years ago. My mother has since passed away, but my father Howard (age 104) now lives in Mayflower. I just have to tell you how much the family enjoys “Family Day” at Heath Village. We have been attending each year and I can’t praise Cindy Livingstone and Daisy Dauch enough for all the love and care that goes into putting on this extravaganza these past nine years…The children are older now, but wouldn’t miss it for the world. This is a time when the residents treat their families to a day together and they love doing this…”

"My husband was a recent admission to the Health Care Center. He entered as a sub-acute rehab patient, however after a week he became a hospice patient…after two weeks he passed away…The care and attention that he received was personal, compassionate and focused on his needs…Before my husband became ill, we had applied to live at Heath Village in an independent housing unit…It is still my hope to move in the near future. My experience with your staff in the health center confirmed my decision and desire to relocate there. I hope that Heath Village continues to prosper. It is a beautiful and hospitable facility."

Excellent care at The Meadows
"I can't express how grateful I am for the excellent care I received while at The Meadows. All the staff in Juniper Way - nurses, aides, housekeeping, laundry & food services - made me feel welcomed and cared for.
The PT and OT staff members worked me hard and I know that I am stronger and better off physically because of it. I especially enjoyed the many conversations and visits I had with the aides who took the time to get to know me...and me them.
Thank you again for helping me to recover from my fall. I wouldn't be going home today if it weren't for you. Thanks again. Love you all."

Another Outstanding Feature at Heath Village...
I want to bring to your attention the delightful experience we had on Christmas Day in the dinning room. The deliciously prepared food and service and decorations shared by my son and his family here for my 1st Christmas was over the top. My daughter-in-law is French and good food is a high value of her culture. Karl and my oldest Grandson were making all good comments on everything they tasted. It is another outstanding feature here at Heath Vlg to have access to fine food, knowing one may invite friends and family to enjoy the ambiance. (after Covid subsides). My family had restaurants and hotels in CA. I am more aware of service and details than most.
Please pass on my compliments to the chef and staff. They were greeting; serving; and paying close attention to any of our needs and wants.

We truly love our new home at Heath Village
I want you to know how much we truly love our new home and the whole Heath Village experience. Everything here is so very classy and efficient, and the people so very welcoming. We love how quickly maintenance men came to fix a few little things and how we were welcomed by everyone we met - even random people who just seemed to know we were new. There's nothing we don't like here.
We've found moving harder and a little more time-consuming than we expected, but we are looking forward to joining in some activities soon.
Thanks for all you and your "people" do to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Our new home is truly home now, and we look forward to many years here.
